1. Available Payment Options
This policy covers purchases at qvynox.com. Use only the payment methods displayed by the active checkout for your order. Availability can depend on destination, currency and provider eligibility.
We do not ask customers to send payment credentials by ordinary email.
2. Review the Amount
Before authorizing payment, check the items, quantities, currency, delivery charges, taxes and any discount shown in the final total. Your bank may separately charge conversion or international fees.
International import charges depend on the destination and disclosed delivery arrangement. Ask us if the checkout information is unclear.
3. Authorization and Order Review
Use a payment method you are authorized to use. Banks and payment services may decline a transaction, request authentication or place a temporary authorization hold. A hold is not always a completed charge.
We may seek limited clarification about an order where necessary for fraud prevention or fulfillment. If an order cannot proceed, captured funds will be returned as required. Hold-release timing is controlled by the relevant financial institution.
4. Protect Your Information
Enter sensitive payment information only in the legitimate checkout. Never email your full card number, security code, banking password or one-time authentication code to our support team.
Check the website address, use a trusted device and protect your account credentials. No online service can promise complete freedom from security risks.
5. Incorrect Charges and Refunds
If payment fails, check its status before trying again. For a possible duplicate or incorrect charge, send your order number, transaction date and amount, without revealing sensitive credentials.
Refund eligibility follows the Return & Refund Policy. Funds normally return through the original method. Provider processing times do not override legal deadlines or dispute rights.
