1. Seller and Scope

The seller is Guangzhou Jinxin Trading Co., Ltd., operating as qvynox™. These terms cover product purchases; our Terms of Use cover website conduct. Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable.

2. Ordering and Product Information

You must have legal capacity to make the purchase, or act through a lawfully authorized representative. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details and check your selected options.

Use the specific listing for materials, sizing, care, electronic compatibility and any protection claims. Illustrations and screen settings can affect appearance; this does not excuse materially misdescribed products.

Submitting an order requests the selected goods. An automated receipt alone is not final acceptance. Acceptance is communicated through shipment confirmation unless we expressly accept earlier or applicable law provides otherwise.

3. Price, Payment and Availability

Review the currency and final total, including delivery, taxes and applicable discounts, before paying. Use only an authorized payment method offered at checkout. Separate bank fees may apply.

Stock and payment verification can affect order acceptance. If a material listing error, unavailable item or verification issue prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and address cancellation or repayment under applicable law. An accepted contract is not changed unilaterally by a later price update.

4. Fulfillment and Changes

Normal preparation is 1–2 business days following payment confirmation. Eligible U.S. transit is estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch. See the Shipping Policy for destinations, charges and delay handling.

Request amendments or cancellations promptly. Operational changes may be unavailable after fulfillment progresses; statutory withdrawal and cancellation rights remain unaffected.

5. Returns and Remedies

The voluntary return-request window is 30 days after receipt, subject to the Return & Refund Policy. Mandatory rights for faulty, unsafe, incorrect or undelivered products are additional to this offer.

Follow product care instructions and use goods for their stated purpose. No term removes legally required quality guarantees or remedies. We do not require customers to waive payment dispute rights.

6. Responsibility and Disputes

Responsibility for loss is determined under applicable law. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including relevant obligations concerning fraud, personal injury and consumer guarantees.

If an event outside reasonable control affects an order, we will communicate available solutions. Such an event does not automatically remove cancellation or refund obligations.

Contact support to raise a concern. These terms do not prevent access to competent courts, regulators or other remedies available under law, or deprive consumers of mandatory protections in their home jurisdiction.

7. Related Notices and Updates

Read the Privacy Policy and Payment & Security Policy where relevant. Revised purchase terms apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an accepted order.
